Messe Muenchen has acquired SmartCards Expo from Electronics Today , owned by Industry veteran Swaran Singh.
The transaction size of the deal is yet not known as the official announcement is yet to be made public by Messe Muenchen.
The expo is a complete buy out after a very long negotiations were held between both the companies.
SmartCards Expo was launched in 1999 by Electronics Today, India’s first Techno-Economic Electronics Monthly Journal, started in 1968, the Pioneer organizers of Electronics/IT exhibitions in India since 1969.
It is yet to know if the 20th edition of the scheduled SmartCards Expo2018, along with IoT India Expo 2018, e-Security Expo 2018, RFidIndia Expo 2018, Biometrics India Expo 2018, e-Payments India Expo 2018 and Mobile Payments India Expo 2018, will be held as announced on October 30, 31, and November 01, 2018 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
