Vasai is one of the fastest developing city of Maharashtra and one of the biggest Industrial zones in India with more than 15,000+ Manufacturing units in the areas of Electricals, Paper, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics, Rubber, Engineering, Textiles, Wood, Glass & Food products, Luminaire, LED, Solar, Electronics-IT, and Security & Smart City Solutions etc. The Vasai Industrial Expo, organized by EXHICON, has grown to become one major pioneering initiatives of EXHICON in the category of geographical shows highlighting the USP of the region. The 4th edition of Vasai Industrial Expo by Exhicon Group is here. To be held from 16th to 18th Feb 2019 at over 20,000 sq.mt area at Hitendra Thakur Appa ground, in Vasai (east), the expo provides a solid platform for more than 175 companies from Vasai & Thane industrial belt to gain exposure in the global market. The event is organized in association with Govalis Industries Association, MACCIA, LACMA, Udyami Maharashtra, VIA, VIMA, PMAL, SME Chamber of India, IMAMIA, TSSAI, and COSIA. To promote & facilitate International Trade and Investment, the 3 day expo will see a 10-member hi-profile delegation from globally renowned Automobile Company from Iran, Shahab Khodro visiting the exhibition. The 3-day event will see introduction of new and existing industrial products in market, and will give live demonstration of industrial products to be launched.

With 175 participants & more than 10000+ visitors, the upcoming edition of Vasai Industrial Expo 2019 is more interactive and empowering than ever and will feature other highlights like Vendor Development Program, in association with PSUs, Private Sector Majors, MNCs, Utility & Services, Automobile Giants etc, MSME & National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) Pavilion, VIE SME Awards 2019 and Seminars & Workshops on important Industrial Topics.
This year, the organizers are hosting the first ever Vasai Start-up Challenge to facilitate and boost young entrepreneurs in Vasai. Five semifinalists will be selected from the entries received, and will be given a chance to present in front of a panel of peers. The winners will get full funding and mentoring by Exhicon to build their businesses. Another highlight of this edition is distribution of food licenses to 1000 women from across Vasai & Thane region to start their own business ventures in the food industry in Mumbai. There also will be stalls from NSIC who are providing SC/ST with free display space The SME Awards for the most promising SME Company at the event will also be announced on the closing day.
The expo will see product launches and products on display from sectors like Plastic & Polymers, Engineering & Manufacturing, Electrical, Luminaire & Electronics, Print & Packaging, Renewable, Solar Energy, LED, Food Processing, and Plants & Equipments.
