Annual Real Estate Agents Summit & Awards 2021 recognises Real Estate Agents virtually
The Annual Real Estate Agents Summit & Awards 2021 was Asia’s first Real Estate Agents awards presented to you by Gotiz Group in association with Pinks Event and was the country’s most awaited event for the Real Estate Agent and Brokers. Every property that is sold in the real estate market is the vision of the marvellous and talented agents in the field, they are the real backbone of the Industry. To recognize their exemplary work in real estate and ensuring that the clients get their dream properties.
AREAS Awards 2021 had a total set of 20+ categories that cover the wide spectrum of the Industry. Starting from Individual nominations to Company nominations it had incorporated these awards for various categories such as residential, commercial, lease, rent, mortgage, and special nomination that included young Turk and Women in Real Estate awards. AREAS Awards 2021 signified and rewarded the latest innovations in real estate and the promising contributions of CA finance firms & legal firms which are the pillars of the industry. The ecosystem of AREAS Awards was the amalgamation of individuals, teams, and companies, AREAS Awards 2021 had a one day program with a live panel discussion, case study presentation thereby interacting with delicates for the challenges and opportunity of the field and envisioning the future with our summit.
Key benefits of AREAS Awards 2021 were to identify the go-getters in the real-estate market and recognise them for exemplary achievement and Certificate of Recognition. They also got an opportunity to be a part of Flagship Real Estate Projects through Evangelism and engage with industry thought leaders over a virtual conference.
The Virtual summit started with the Chief Guests Keynote address by Mr. Ramesh Bhai Patel, CMD, Gotiz Group, on opportunities with evangelism at forest island followed by an introduction by Mr. Pratik Patel – Brand Custodian, Gotiz Group, and a welcome address by Mr. Bhavesh Kothari, Chief Evangelist Gotiz Group & Co-Founder – Billennium Divas Private Limited.
The Keynote Session was delivered by Mr. Samir Arora CEO & MD – Huts Global, Honorary Secretary – National Association of Realtors- India, President- Confederation of real estate Associates – India on Real Estate Marketing & motivation in these turbulent times.
This was followed by a scintillating panel discussion on the Topic – Time for a shared reality with distinguished guest panellist such as Mr. Viren Mehta, Senior Director & Head – Transactions JLL, Ahmedabad, Mr. Amit Chopra, Director – Escala realty India Pvt. Another scintillating panel discussion on a very crucial topic titled “Challenging the Challenges” with some eminent industry thought leaders such as Mr. Vikash Mittersain, President – IBG, Managing Director – Nazara Technologies, Honorary Consul of Republic of Mali, Mr. Siddharth Shah, M/S Siddhartha Shah & Associates, Founder Partner & Advocate. The main highlights of the virtual session with 20+ speakers, 20 + awards categories, AREAS Awards 2021 received more than 350 nomination from pan India out of which 22 winners were selected by the esteemed jury through a stringent evaluation process.
