EXHICON Group has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of shares of WEA GmbH ( Asia).
WEA GmbH is headquartered in Switzerland with over 50 agents’ offices in Asia to Sell & Service Worldwide International Fairs.
Directors of EXHICON and WEA GmbH signed the agreements yesterday at Kempinsky Hotel in Muscat, Oman.
The New Headquarter of the WEA Asia operations will be based out of EXHICON Thailand Co. Ltd. Company office in Bangkok.
Claudio Cottone, CEO & Founder of WEA GmbH stated “We are happy to share the news with the world. EXHICON & WEA are official partners now. He further added “Worldwide Exhibitions Agency GmbH is world’s biggest network of Sales & Service Agents to Sell square meters of International Tradefairs and Service International Exhibitors.”
